Anyone who is affiliated with or contemplating doing business with the federal, state, or local governments. This includes but is not limited to:
- owners and staff members of new and emerging firms
- established firms breaking into the government-contracting arena
- new proposal program personnel
- sponsored programs staff members at minority institutions
- contracting officers who want a view from the contractor’s perspective and
- CPA’s, contract administrators, and other interested parties
Doing business with the federal government generally requires tighter and more transparent pricing calculation. Private industry generally depends on market-based pricing and would gain a deeper understanding cost origins know when they have reached a deficit situation.

Cancellations are subject to a $125 administration fee, if cancelled, in writing, within 15 calendar days of the class start date. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $125 administration charge. After that, cancellations are permitted, but the entire workshop fee will be retained. You may apply the fee to a future workshop within a 12-month period or send a substitute. No-shows cannot transfer to another class and will not receive a refund. RGFCC Tutoring/Training Summer Schedule Workshops are held in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The Fall 2018 Schedule will be released by the end of August, so stay tuned on our website. Please check your registration confirmation or reminder email for information on the exact location of your workshop, where you will also be given directions and other details regarding our training facility.

Yes, we will travel to client sites with six (6) or more participants at the higher tier fees or a fee negotiated with the client based on their circumstances and mutual schedule. Please call for further information and preparation of the engagement request document.
Registration from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Class from 9:00 AM to 4:00 with a 1-hour lunch. You should bring your laptop computer, if at all possible, for access to the course material. If not, please let us know so that we can have sufficient hard copy material available.
This is a gentlemen's (quote-unquote) class and one needs to be attentive and participate in discussions and assisted exercises. A certificate of training will be emailed to participants within six working days.
We follow local college and higher education facility guidance on inclement weather and will notify our participants as soon as possible.
